News

Great News.  We have been awarded the School Games Silver Mark again this year. 72% of children in KS2 have represented the school in sport during the year in at least one event.  In some classes, 100% of children have represented the school in sport.

Mini Marathon

Congratulations to our Running club who, yet again, out ran the competition in the Avon Valley Mini Marathon.  Both the under 11 and under 9 girls race was won by Burbage Pupils and the under 11 girls team won their event.  All of the teams were placed in the top three of each event.  A special thank you goes out to Mrs Lockwood, Mrs Hawkins, Mrs Thresher and all of the parent volunteers who gave up their Tuesday afternoons to run the club since January.

Quad Kids

Congratulations to our Quad kids teams who performed really well at the Avon Valley festival.  Team one were overall winners and have been awarded a Golden Ticket to the Wiltshire School Games on 4th July at Marlborough College.

We do have places in many of our year groups and in the Reception Class for the Autumn term.  If you would like to have a look round, please contact the office on 01672 810452 and speak to Mrs Lockwood to book an appointment.  Ms Barber-Stubbs the Principal or Mrs McGarry the Deputy will be happy to show you round.
